The company was founded under the principle of exploring the vast and rich variety of design without skipping steps along the way. It is dedicated to seeing work through all its stages of evolution -- nothing it shipped out, nothing is sent away. Every aspect of growth and progress is kept in house. It keeps design unified and ensures that no momentum is lost along the way.
We embrace hard work, neurosis, and an eye for detail. Whether dealing with the large, such as a heavy walnut armchair, or the very small, such as a miniature ax blade, attention to all facets of the design process is paramount. No approach is ignored, no problem is considered “solved,” and every tool, physical or mental, is tested. 3plane lives through its design, and lives because of it.
